The Journey Behind 360 ONE
Krushang’s story does not begin with a grand vision or a five year plan. It begins with persistence, humility, and one last door worth knocking on.
After completing a degree in mathematics and moving to Australia to continue his studies, Krushang spent years working in hospitality. Those years shaped something that would later define his approach to advisory work: a deep understanding of people, service, and what it truly means to feel seen and valued.
In November 2010, during a short lunch break in Bacchus Marsh, a young accounting graduate walked into a local accounting firm and quietly dropped off his résumé.
There was no grand entrance and no expectation of fast progression. Simply a Master’s Degree in Accounting, a willingness to learn, and a belief that meaningful careers are built from the ground up.
That graduate was Krushang.
He began exactly where growth matters most, at the start. Over time, Krushang worked with everyone, from individuals and families to small business owners and eventually large, complex businesses. He built relationships, far more than managing clients. Because to him, numbers told one part of the story, with people, families, and their goals telling the rest.
It was about people, families, and their goals.
Year by year, responsibility grew. Trust grew. Capability grew.
By November 2015, Krushang became a partner through consistent contribution. He moved from individuals to small businesses, and from small businesses to complex, growing enterprises. Whatever the size of the client, his approach stayed the same: deep understanding, genuine care, and long term thinking.
Seeing Beyond Survival
Some of the most defining moments in Krushang’s career arrived during times of hardship, as much as during times of growth.
Clients came through the door overwhelmed by cash flow pressure. Business owners carrying uncertainty, responsibility, and fear. Families facing financial stress during some of the most difficult chapters of their lives.
In those moments, the work centred on stability first, ahead of strategy decks or ambitious forecasts.
He helped clients regain control one step at a time:
- simplifying decisions
- restoring the discipline to understand the business
- rebuilding structure and confidence
- creating a plan that felt doable and within reach
And then something shifted.
When fear eased and clarity returned, clients who once said, “I want to get through this year,” began to ask a new question:
“What could this become?”
That is where Krushang’s advisory approach moved from recovery to transformation. He helped clients define a new vision that reached beyond bigger revenue to a better business:
- a business that supports family and lifestyle
- a business with systems, leadership, and resilience
- a business built for long term sustainability and steady confidence
Often, clients went further than they ever expected, supported and guided through meaningful, achievable progress.
The Power of 1%
Through these experiences, Krushang’s philosophy became clear.
Real, lasting change comes from small, consistent improvements, the 1% way.
Whether it was strengthening cash flow, improving decision making, building better systems, or developing leadership confidence, each step mattered. Over time, those small actions compounded into measurable, life changing outcomes.
This philosophy extended beyond clients.
Krushang played a key role in reshaping how the firm operated, introducing smarter processes, improving efficiency, and creating systems that supported both client experience and staff wellbeing. Moving toward paperless operations, embracing sustainability, and designing workflows that flowed smoothly and reduced friction.
Equally importantly, he focused on building people.
Motivating staff. Encouraging adaptability. Creating environments where learning, growth, and innovation were part of the culture. Because strong businesses are built on people who feel supported, trusted, and empowered, as much as on systems.
This is how Krushang works: small steps, small wins, big outcomes.
A Philosophy Rooted in Purpose
At the core of Krushang’s approach is a belief shaped by the Bhagavad Gita, the principle of karma.
Do the right actions. With good intentions. Without attachment to outcomes.
In practice, this means something simple and powerful:
- Do what is right, even when it is difficult.
- Act with good intent, ahead of ego or fear.
- Focus on the quality of action, ahead of immediate reward.
- Serve the outcome, ahead of the applause.
Supporting clients and staff through financial and personal struggles, without expectation. Acting in moments where there is no immediate return. Helping because it is right.
This philosophy became the foundation of trust, trust that has endured through economic cycles, market volatility, regulatory change, and uncertainty.
Krushang has seen time and again that when actions are grounded in integrity and care, positive outcomes follow, across lives, families, and future generations as much as finances.
For Krushang, this is a practical framework for business and leadership, as much as personal spirituality.
In business, the pressure is often to chase short term wins: quick profit, shortcuts, reactive decision making, and growth at any cost. The Gita’s principle of karma reframes that thinking.
In place of asking, “What do I get?”, Krushang encourages clients to ask, “What is the right action here, for my business, my people, and my future?”
And that question becomes a compass.
In advisory work, Krushang uses this lens to help clients:
- Make decisions grounded in values and steady judgement
- Build businesses that serve life, fully and sustainably
- Treat staff and customers with fairness and long term respect
- Invest in systems and culture that hold for the long term
- Build resilience by focusing on what they can control: actions, habits, discipline, consistency
It aligns perfectly with 360° thinking. Because right action reaches across the full context: people, relationships, wellbeing, sustainability, purpose, and legacy, as well as the numbers.
And it aligns perfectly with the 1% way. Because karma lives in showing up daily with intention: doing the next right thing, improving steadily, and trusting the compounding effect of good decisions.
Krushang also believes that supporting clients and staff through their hardest seasons, without self interest, creates a positive energy that tends to return in stronger relationships, better outcomes, and deeper trust. As a consequence of integrity, more than a transaction.
A Rebrand That Reflects the Truth: 360 ONE
Over time, it became clear that the firm’s identity needed to reflect what it had truly become.
A trusted partner guiding people through the full financial journey of their lives, well beyond an accounting practice focused solely on tax compliance.
That is why the rebrand to 360 ONE is about clarity, far more than a new name.
A name that reflects a commitment to seeing the whole picture:
- your life
- your business
- your family
- your goals
- your legacy
And combining that with the power of 1% improvements, small, achievable steps that compound into sustainable success.
Today, 360 ONE goes beyond compliance. It supports financially successful businesses, resilient families, adaptable teams, and future generations navigating an ever changing economic landscape.
For Krushang, this work has always reached beyond maximising profit alone.
Today, 360 ONE stands for something deeper than tax returns and reports.
It stands for helping people:
- move from uncertainty to clarity
- from hardship to stability
- from stability to growth
- from growth to legacy
And for Krushang, every action is viewed through a broader lens: how does this help build a better future, for today and for generations to come?
From a résumé dropped off during a lunch break to a philosophy built on purpose, patience, and progress.
This is Krushang’s story. And it is the heart of 360 ONE.
